Q. How much is carriage?

A. Carriage is based on weight up to an order value of £350 + VAT, thereafter a standard carriage charge is applied.

A. For next day delivery on orders over £350 + VAT there is an additional surcharge.

Also remember if you are local to our main distribution centre in Norfolk you can collect at no cost.

All delivery prices are inclusive of VAT

We now offer a Royal Mail postage charge of for standard and next day delivery for select items in the Lawn and Garden section, under 2kg in weight in all delivery zones.

Q. But how do I know how much my order weighs for carriage purposes?

A. Most products have the weight listed in the pack size. For liquids the rule of thumb is 1L = 1kg, but if you are unsure, add to your basket and it will be calculated automatically.

Q. I have placed an order, when will it arrive?

A. Most orders if placed before 12 noon will go out on a 3 - 5 working day delivery service, if the items are in stock and within UK mainland. If items are out of stock or direct delivery from manufacturer you will see when you place the order that they are on 'Back Order' or ‘Direct Delivery’, in this case they will be up to 10 days. If any stock is delayed longer than 10 days we will contact you to advise you of this.

Q. Can I order for Next Day Delivery?

A. Sure. If you require Next Day Delivery we ask that you place the order no later than 12 noon the day before. In Checkout, enter your postcode and the available carriage options will be shown.
