Dear Customer / Client,

Following our previous COVID-19 statement, I am pleased to confirm our updated position.

We are following the advice given by Public Health England (PHE) and the Government.

Since the 23rd March 2020 we have operated on a skeleton staff, supplying essential products to the amenity industry and servicing our website orders.

As off the 1st of July 2020, we will be bringing our sales team back, although initially part time, they will be making contact with you shortly.

With many of our clients Greenkeeping teams or Groundsman teams still operating on skeleton staff we will only be carrying out essential visits and if requested by the client. Over the past few months we have put in systems to allow us to carry out virtual visits / meetings by use of technology, to include, video conference calls, emails, phone calls etc, with planning these have been backed up by photos or videos of problems / issues and or successes in work carried out so the meeting can cover everything, just like a site visit!

Most importantly, over the past few months we have managed to maintain our normal high standards of service, for which we are known for.

During these difficult times it is important that we understand and respect our clients’ needs and requirements and I can assure you we will work with you to achieve this.

Our trade counter is open for collections by appointment only, please ring before you visit.

We have minimised risk in all areas of the business for the safety of our staff, their families and our clients.

These are difficult times for all, we are monitoring the situation daily and will update you if our position changes.

    Following the catastrophic situation we find ourselves in regarding COVID-19, we are following the advice given by Public Health England (PHE) and the Government.

    To minimise risk to our staff and clients, we have reduced our team to a skeleton staff to service on-going business. Our skeleton staff includes;

  • Technical Support
  • Sales Support
  • Administration
  • Warehouse & Distribution.

    Where possible, this work is home based or following strict work distancing.

    Our trade counter is shut and no collections are allowed.

    Our business is only supporting our on-line shop www.collier-turf-care.co.uk and essential sales of products for essential turf maintenance requirements.

    We have minimised risk in all areas of the business for the safety of our staff and their families, with all staff who are still working at our head office having the opportunity not, stating they are 100% happy to service our clients.
